When it comes to full size, traditionally built and packaged furniture no company in any market has had true success selling directly over the Internet.  Furniture is an expensive item that most customers wish to keep for many years.  The true color, size, wood tones, craftsmanship, comfort and support are best seen and touched first hand.

A study done showed that over 50% of customers who purchased full size furniture on line were disappointed with the item upon arrival to the home.  Additionally, re-packing the furniture for return was difficult and the cost of shipping back to the store was expensive.

The combination of customer satisfaction levels far below Sadler’s standards and the high cost of returns makes this an unacceptable retail avenue for us at this time.
